RULES OF PARTICIPATION
Mail application and entry fee to Amazing Grace Girls

The AGGies reserve the right to accept or deny applications at its discretion
1. Applications to participate in the Brian White Day Craft Festival are due by October 15, 2014. You may also apply online at www.brianwhiteday.weebly.com. Check or money order (made payable to Amazing Grace Girls) must accompany your application to reserve space at the festival.
2. Applicants must submit photographs and written description of all displays.
3. The AGGies reserve the right to limit the number of duplicate food or craft vendors.
4. The AGGies will begin review of all applications and notifications of acceptance or denial will be mailed out no later than October 20, 2014.
5. No refunds after October 20, 2014. No refunds for no-shows.
6. Electrical service is limited. You must specify on your application if you need electricity. Vendor is responsible for heavy duty extension cords needed for service. Only one outlet per vendor that pays for electrical service.
7. Setup may begin 3:00 pm on Friday, October 31. All participants must be set up by 8:00 am on Saturday, November 1.
8. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their assigned booth area.
9. Food vendors must include a complete menu. You will be able to sell only approved items. Applications will be denied if a menu does not accompany the application.
10. Prizes for children’s games must not relate to violence or weapons. Snap pops and Silly String are not allowed.
11. The AGGies are not responsible for theft or damage of participant’s property, nor are they responsible for injuries to participants during the festival.
